RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase and exclude custom designed items, classes and numerology reports. After 7 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Products must be in new and sellable condition.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. All exchanges will require our approval. Contact us at: returns@leatherbooksyxe.ca

CUSTOM DESIGNED ITEMS All custom designed items are FINAL SALE.

CLASSES & NUMEROLOGY REPORTS All classes and numerology reports are FINAL SALE.

SHIPPING & DUTIES
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will not cover the cost of return postage or any costs associated with returning the product. We will not refund any delivery charges or local customs charges.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping a return item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
